Why I started Miracle Cleaning.

I've spent years in cleaning. I've worked through franchise systems and watched what happens behind the scenes — a different cleaner every visit, a printed checklist nobody actually follows, a 1-800 number when something goes wrong, and a customer who never quite trusts the result because nobody ever takes a single photo to prove it got done.

That's a fine model if you're cleaning corporate offices nobody loves. It's a terrible model for Airbnb and STR hosts in Kissimmee, where your guest review depends on the cleaner showing up, doing the job right, and getting out before the next family unlocks the door.

So I started Miracle Cleaning.

How we're different.

The four things I promise every host:

1. Photo proof of every clean. Timestamped photos of every room, sent to your phone before your next guest checks in. No "trust us" — just see it.
2. Ready by 3pm. Your check-in window is non-negotiable for us. We schedule backwards from your guest's arrival, every time.
3. One number, one accountable owner. When something needs to happen fast, you call me at (407) 818-5939. Not a call center, not a dispatcher.
4. If you're not happy, we re-clean for free. Within 24 hours. No paperwork, no questions. Your listing's name on the line matters as much to me as mine on the truck.

We're based in Kissimmee and serve the wider Disney STR market — Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Reunion, Celebration, and South Orlando. If you're outside that radius, call anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

Insurance & bonding.

Miracle Cleaning LLC carries $1 million in general liability insurance. We'll share a copy of the certificate before your first booking — just ask.
